The library is proud to feature the works of local and regional artists at each location. Exhibits change monthly and may include artists' receptions, gallery talks, lectures, demonstrations of technique, and book talks promoting areas of the fine arts collection. All exhibits are free and open to the public during regular library hours. "Dreams," paintings by Allison Hedgpeth and "Klicks for Kids," a photography exhibit featuring the images of Kansas children in foster care needing adoption

There will be an opening reception for Allison Hedgpeth on Sunday, December 6 from 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. in the Fine Arts Gallery. The reception is free and open to the public.
