Instructions

1. Cut a large hole from the middle of the paper plate to form a ring.
2. Cut stars of many different sizes from red, white and blue construction paper.
3. Put the names of children or soldiers or veterans, if desired, on the stars.
4. Glue or tape the stars to the ring.
5. Glitter is a nice touch if you have it.
6. Tape or glue a piece of yarn so you can hang the wreath from a hook.
