Mount Rushmore craft
  1. First of all, the fun part. Decide which President you would like to be, Washington, Jefferson, Roosevelt or Lincoln.
  2. Click on to the three patterns of the Presidents and print out the faces you want to be up on the mountain with you. The mask will look more authentic if you keep them in the order as they appear on the real Mt. Rushmore. Instruction #1 states that order.
  3. Glue these pictures onto a piece of tag board or construction paper to make them more sturdy.
  4. Cut out around the heads.
  5. Cut out the center from the two paper plates.
  6. Now glue or staple the two paper plates together. This will make the circle for your face more sturdy.
  7. Attach the tongue depressor to use as a handle behind the paper plate circle with glue or tape.
  8. Staple the faces to the paper plate in the order you would like them to be.
